World Peace? Bullying? WHAT IS THIS MISSION ABOUT?!

Bullying = the problem

World Peace = the mission

Look around at the world we live in.

It’s… a lot.

(Yes, you can say it... It actually, REALLY sucks.)

But why?

Bullying doesn’t just magically appear in schools. It is learned. Kids are not inventing it out of nowhere. They are mirroring what they see the adults doing to each other. And honestly, adults nowadays are RUTHLESS to each other. Death threats, violence, and NATIONALIZED bullying as a political sport? Yeah, adults have really dropped the ball.

From the moment we are born, we are shaped by the people and environments around us. If we grow up seeing people handle problems with anger, judgment, or power plays, we start to think that is normal. Then we bring it into school, into friendships, and into everyday life.

And then what happens?

We look for someone more vulnerable than us and we pass that hurt along.

Not because we are bad people.

Because we are human and reacting to what we have been taught.

So what is underneath all of this?

A big one is: competition.

Our world runs on it:

Best grades.

Most points.

Top spot.

Biggest house.

Most followers.

...as if ANY of these things even matter in the long run...

From day one, we are lined up next to each other and told, directly or indirectly, to "get ahead." Sometimes that message gets twisted into "winning at all costs."

Even if that means putting someone else down.

Even if that someone is a friend.

Even if that someone is ourselves.

And here is the tricky part.

None of us chose to be born into this system.

But we are choosing, every day, whether we keep it going.

Because if nothing changes, we keep getting more of the same. More division, more loneliness, more hurt, and more headlines that make us shake our heads and wonder what is going on (mass shootings, etc)

And deep down, we all know something simple.

We do not want that.

So what do we do?

This is where The Global Peace Crew comes in.

We are not here because we have all the answers.

We are here because we have lived it.

We have seen bullying from every angle, and we understand it is not just a kid problem.

It is a people problem.

Which means the solution has to be all of us.

The key is unity.

Not sameness. Not everyone thinking the same, acting the same, or following one perfect plan. Unity means showing up as you are and choosing to connect anyway.

It starts with shared values.

Creative Expression

Mindfulness

Humanitarianism

And it grows when we zoom in just a little bit.

Because changing the whole world at once is overwhelming.

But showing up for your school, your block, your community... now THAT is powerful.

Strong communities build strong people.

Strong people build a better world.

So let’s start there.
