​The Global Peace Crew meets twice per month, and each township is comprised of multiple local chapters, formed in shared spaces such as schools, churches, and community centers. Each chapter reflects a mix of ages and backgrounds, building strength through diversity.

At the beginning of each month, local chapters meet independently to complete a guided curriculum centered on a monthly theme, including mindfulness, creative activities, discussion, and service planning. At the month’s end, all chapters unite as a community chapter to carry out a public, positivity-driven project. Students lead the planning and execution of these projects with support from experienced volunteers, developing real-world leadership, teamwork, and intergenerational connection.
